I'm wanting to replace the chrome grill that came on my SR5. I have found this part number on a couple sites with a description that sounds similar to what i'm looking for. But worries me is it is described as 'Black' not 'Sand Pearl' and they show no other colors. Can someone confirm the following part number.?

Part No T070140 GRILLE ASSEMBLY -- . Painted-Black, w/o SR5

I can't confirm that part number. This is the correct part # from the Tacoma parts sheet.

"C0" is the color code for Black Sand Pearl

You need to get the grill WITH SR5 not without. If you get the one with SR5 it will be painted black and the one without SR5 will be unpainted black. Go to www.trdparts4u.com/oem_parts.html. Select your vehicle then go to Grille, Grille and components, Grille, W/sr5 package then go to black. That is the Black Sand Pearl painted grille shell.

I really appreciate your guys help on this. I was checking around and something has me curious. Toyota's website displays the packages available and both of the SR5 packages on the site come with a chrome grill. this website returns 2 items with that part number, one being SR5 and one of them not. What is the difference? Is it paint vs. plastic or is it the fact that one of them is chrome? I just don't want to drop nearly $200.00 on something I already have. Unfortunately my local dealer was a bit unsure himself. So i still donot have a confident answer. But i still appreciate everyones help.

I think trdparts4u is calling the TRDs the SR5. The base model tacoma came with an unpainted grille shell, the SR5 came with a chrome shell unless it was a TRD Sport, which came with a color matched shell. When you look on trdparts4u, you'll see that the grille w/o SR5 has unpainted and only the colors for the XRunner. That is because those are the only configurations that didn't have the SR5 package.

There is no difference. It's just an error in the listing. The part numbers are identical.

The unpainted, charcoal grille I used to have on my truck is a different part # and it also costs about $60 less.

53100-04350 is the unpainted grille part number
53100-04360 is the chrome grille
53100-04370-XX is the painted grille where XX indicates the color code
