Coolant leak by engine/transmission connection?

Hi -

My 2004 Sequoia has been losing coolant lately. I got a loaner perssure tester and determined what seemed to be two issues: 1) the cap was not holding pressure very well so I replaced it, and 2) when I pumped up the pressure in the cooling system to 13 PSI, I discovered that there was coolant leaking from where the engine and transmission meet. (See attached pictures.) Is that a legitimate leak area? What might I be looking at to repair it?

Thanks for any insight you can provide!

Thanks for your reply. No mice issues(as far as I know!) It was weird...when I was under there, it looked to me like it was dry above those bolts - so I wasn't sure if there was any way that it could be originating from that area. I'll have to take a closer look. I'll try to get some better photos, if I can. Is the hose under the manifold reasonably easy to get to, or is it a bear?
