I have a major problem with coolant leaking. It is coming from behind the engine and cannot find the source, leaking onto my transmission. Vehicle is a 1989 toyota pickup v6 3.0. I am thinking it is a head gasket problem but do not see any coolant in the oil. Could some one please help me figure it out before I have to take it into a shop.

This has come up before and I can't remember the cause. I'll look around but if you do some searching you may find it. It was in the 2nd or 3rd Gen truck or 1st or 2nd Gen 4Runner sections (the 3.0 was used from 86 to 95).
