could p0130 and p0133 cause p0401

hello I have 1995.5 Tacoma 2.4L 2zr-fe truck is running fine no problem, I took the erg valve out clean it also the modulator filter I clean test the vsv for erg it works reset the engine check light by removing the fuse 20 mile later the light came back I took it back to have obd2 code reader fine it pull p0401 ,130,133 by the way my taco has 260,000 miles original owner never had 02 oxygen sensor replace, new ngk plus, air filter, battery, if all my sensor, wires, connectors all clean,vaccum hose check an clean,egr temp sensor,ecm only read oxygen sensors,vsv,
