Ouch....

A new wiring harness FROM TOYOTA will run you about $1,000 to $1,500. You are better off just splicing them back together... or finding a used one.

i just soldered the lil connector pieces back to the wires....hopefully rosin core will hold up.

will this damage anything?....change in resistance...

do the wires get HOT? will this melt the rosin core?

any knowledgable response will greatly be appreciated. :)

You'll need high temp solder. 70C solder will melt. put a cramp connector on it if you can. A lose connection might kill you engine with spark fire at wrong time or not firing sometime. No need to worry about resistance.

i just used some wires and soldered the connector wires back to the harness wid some Rosin Core. it started up and ran just fine. i'm still kinda iffy about the quality though....i mean if the soldering will hold up. i'll just drive it until get some problems.
