Has anyone ever experienced this before. I have a 2008 TRD 4x4 with 3 inch lift with front spacers on the front diff. Noticed all the gease sprayed over the under carriage. After removing the front wheels and cleaning i found large holes in the boots. The ones near the diff. Can a guy change the boots only, or do i have the change whole axle? :headbang::facepalm:

Changing the boot is a major PITA. It's almost worth it to buy a NAPA / re-manufactured CV to run on until you can get the boot changed on the OEM one.
The NAPA constant velocity axle does have less travel than the OEM one though, so don't plan on hitting the trails with it in.
