I am a Ham Radio Operator and I do public service events and emergency communications. I now am putting lights on my 2004 Highlander. My right switch has nothing there I was wondering if the part was available so I could do a super clean install.

What kind of lights are you installing? Fog? Other? More information would be helpful.

They will be Amber/orange warning flashers

Pop the blank cap off and did some shaving with a file and a little trimming with a Razer blade. Fit like a glove.
Carling switch.

Removed my factory console, bought the shifter console and trim bezel off of a 2003 Highlander.
Used a Havis 18" console with extended floor brackets. I was able to use the factory mounting studs and holes in floor to attach it to the floor.
Used as my POV for the Fire Dept.
