Well I need a new sway bar end link and bushings. I have a six in lift on my truck, so I need to go through procomp to get the extender I believe. But the dealer wants a ton for that. You guys know where I can find that part. How to i find out what part? I shouldn't have a problem putting it on, it's just the time. Thanks.

I would honestly take your sway bar off and drive it around for a few days to see how it handles. Unless you drive like your truck like a race car you probably won't miss it. The truck probably rolls quite a bit being that much higher up and form my experience with my 3-inch I don't even notice that it's gone and it finally got rid of that damn squeak.

Any tips on how to easily remove it?

Removing one link should work fine to give you an idea of handling. The truck will definitely handle better OFF road when flexing. However, you may never miss it's performance qualities on road until you make an emergency evasive manuever and lose control due to increased body roll.

The dealer will pay the same for the afternarket part as you will, then add shipping costs, mark the total up 30% or more for their piece of the pie, add the oem end link and bushings, labor, and enough on top make up for the fact that they have to stand behind their work on a modified vehicle. More than likely they are hoping you go elsewhere, which is exactly what I'd recommend if you don't pull it right out. If elsewhere is yourself, its not a difficult job. I'm sure google will help you contact procomp for the part, they rarely fail me.:D

Just want to take off one end link though. Possible?

Just disconnect one end of each link. You don't have to remove anything.

This is definitely NOT the way to do it unless you can tie the sway bar up so that loose parts do not start destroying each other. Completely remove one link and keep the other connected. This way, the sway bar just rides along with the travel of one side of your front suspension.
