Decelerating on a downhill???

My 2001 Echo at times begins to decelerate when going downhill as if i'm pressing on the brake? It happens sometimes when im on the highway going 100km/h+ and I release the accelerator it begins to slow down alot. Any ideas?

Also the other day I punch my steering wheel horn button out of anger and the next day after two honks it died. It wouldn't be the actual horn would it?

Thanks

Hi Dave,
Yes i have a 4spd automatic and yes the O/D is on. The engine doesn't make any strange noises so im wondering if its the same issue another member posted regarding the O2 sensor but not sure if that would be the root.

As for the horn, I will remove the horn button this weekend and see if i crushed something. Do you know if i have to disconnect the wires to the air bags in order to change the horn button. I don't want them deploying on me as im fixing the horn button. :)

thanks again
AA
