RE: 1997 Toyota Supra 3.0 [Base], non-turbo, 6-speed

I just found a RHD Supra in Germany. It's inoperative (due to a blown clutch), and I'm working on a fix; but ordering replacement parts has proven difficult due to the strange, 12-digit VIN:

JZA800038763

My local Toyota Dealer cannot decipher it, so they will not order parts for me.

What do you make of it?

Hint: Japanese characters are used on the vehicle (imprinted) ID plates, and a US Service Member may have imported the vehicle to Europe from Asia.

It is a Japanese VIN. I've read many different things on how to read one, but the most common explanation is model followed by chassis number. Based on this site http://mkiv.supras.org.nz/specs.htm I'd say you have a Supra made between May 96 and April 97...the Japanese don't do model years in the sense that most other markets do.
