i believe he had the magnaflow 14862 which i love it sounds amazing but i talked to eyeball and he say it make a lot of noise in the cab and that you can't hear the radio i really don't want that much noise inside just a deep sound outside any way can you guys post clips of you exhaust and the set up so i can chose

I think bigbird also had custom headers and a y-pipe though... so that may have helped (or hurt, not sure) the sound level of his exhaust specifically.

i absolutly loved the sound of the magnaflow outside but it droned SOOOO bad inside at around 2000-2500 rpms but only under light acceleration, with or without the headers and Y-pipe.
umm do you think it will sound the same if i got it and placed it further away from the bumper it would not give that effect and what part number is it

he did NOT have the Magnaflow #14862
his tips were not angled, and the protruded from the bumper in an ugly fashion
complete with horn!
okay do if its not directly under the rear bumper and placed properly it would not have that effect

yo man I got a Greddy EVO II catback that I might be sellin if you're interested let me know.
ummm nah am just trying to get just the muffler i don't have enough to get the entire thing i only have about 200 bucks for i the rest i going into my swap and personally i don't like the big muffler thing i like duel tip mufflers

^ no, the tips on his muffler are longer than the 14862, and they are not angled either ... so they will always stick out further than the 14862

there is no way its going to be too loud if youre only getting a muffler... trust me, nothing to worry about. Magnalfow mufflers sound epic on 6 cylinder cars. My cousin has one on his Audi A4 and it sounds awesome... Ill have one on my solara soon too. You should have a nice deep mild tone with just a muffler on the 1mz.

also, the part number doesnt matter... the tip isnt going to change the sound much, its all the same muffler. It WILL NOT drone with only a muffler, I can almost guarantee it.

it was either a 14816 or a 14815

i would definitely go with the 14862 like on WhiteRabbit's car (and a few other gen 3s) because it looks like the OEM V6 muffler, but polished
