Is the defogger trace broken?
defogger 2004 convertible
My Toyota dealer told me my rear window defogger needs to be replaced...the rest of the electrical functions seem to be ok so the problem is in the window itself..then they told me the whole top must be replaced in order to fix the faulty rear window..this seems like an extreme measure ..and expensive...thank God I still have a warranty ..is there a simpler alternative

the glass is not broken or cracked ..no problem with the appearance...but the defogger doesn't work..check of elecctrical system was ok so prblem must be faulty coils?

If it is the black lines that have a break, then a conductive paint can be used, otherwise, use the warranty!
