Great job.
Lol, the wheels wells..I used this cheap Black Magic Tire Spray..I didn't really do a good job on them I know lol. Yeah, I do everything by hand...and no polish or compound for me, I can't find any off the shelf, and I don't know how they work. I just wash, clay, remove any scratches, and then I wax.Webb26 said:Too bad your wheel wells were left alone, lol. Cuz i can see dirt spot in there. Are you doing this by hand? ANy polishing, or compounding used? or jsut straight up hand cleaner waxes? Other than that dude good job
haha. You make me laughTravisAe86 said:a old supra will bust that thing anyday, 2jz power!!!! but it still nice

look brand spanking NEW!!![]()
A full polish is only recomended to do bi yearly or a bit more(or as needed)...not every time as it will sand down through your clear coat.TRD-MX83 said:Looks nice... I did that as well on my car, and then it rains today.. =( oh well...
I go thru the usual, wash/claybar/polish-twice/wax-3 coats all by hand...

Something tells me you don't like the 350Z, or perhaps even the G35.TravisAe86 said:what a waste......could u have not find a better buy?? evo, sti, mk4 supra etc and they all perform better then that...
scratch x is a polish. Paste wax is usually a better choice in waxes rather than liquid...just try different products and see what works for you. YOu can still do stellar jobs by hand just takes more effort.PhantomGrey said:The front bumper has a hole, because some needle nose pliers came off a truck when he was driving on the freeway...he heard something, but didn't see it till he got home. The front bumper has A LOT of rock chips and dead bugs, so I didn't really do anything to it except wash the front bumper. It's probably because he never washes his car. Lol. And now he's trying to get '06 Headlights, and a new front bumper. What I use to remove light scratches is ScratchX. Is that a polish? I don't think so....but I derno. But yeaah, I wish I could pull dents, fill in rock chips, etc. But I don't have the supplies for it. I just tried my best in making his Z look brand new. I just used car wash, clay bar, ScratchX, and Gold Class Liquid Wax.
Thanks man. I didn't make any ads yet, this Z belongs to my cousin. I just go around the neighborhood asking people if they want a detail. Yesterday I scored $50 for detailing the exterior of a MBZ E 240. Not bad. And today I might detail my friend's 86 and do some color restoring, and over the weekend, I might do my cousin's Outback. It's hard to find customers who take you seriously as a detailer at 15 years old.CamrySExxx said:ugh travisae86 sounds liek a douche...DETAILING this car has NOTHING to do with how it performs...
anyways you did a good job on the car. How did u get customers? put up ad's ?
