Hi. New member here.

Our 2010 Corolla S is showing check engine light, VSC flashing, and traction warning.

My consumer grade code reader shows
P0455 large leak $07e8 and P0441 $07e8 purge flow incorrect.

I replaced the fuel cap with a new OEM one.
Cleared the codes and they came back quickly. Although after a month of light driving, I'm still getting EVAP check incomplete.
Car runs fine.

Can anyone recommend a logical approach to diagnosis?? Will be due for Maryland emissions test before long.

Test the purge valve in the engine bay. Need to verify there’s no torn hoses or the purge valve isn’t functionally broken.

I found the engine drew a slight vacuum, like 0.5 psi, through the purge valve with electrical and tank side connections removed. So thinking will replace purge valve.
