Not for the North American market. I think there were some sold for CNG. Kinda remember seeing that in the Rockauto listings.

There is no Gen3 Diesel sold in the USA. Maybe in other countries

That top picture/video is a 1983/1984 Camry Deluxe trim w/ the 1.8L Turbo Diesel.

The USA Market had the CNG Camry in the I4 model. Only was available as a LE trim Camry, usually with just power package for 2000 and 2001 paired with the automatic. It was a regional thing I think, we never had any of them here on the island and parts are probably impossible ti find.

I did have a friend who had, at the same time, a diesel Camry and a diesel Maxima. So, I've seen both in the flesh.

Gen2 diesel Camry? Yep, those were offered in the NA market. The OP in this thread asked if there was a diesel ‘96 Camry.
