can anyone give the differences between the LSD (found on TRD Sport and x-runner) and the open rear diff?

i am looking to buy some power-trax no-slip 92-2080-3002 diffs for a few folks (pseudo group-buy). some folks though got their truck with the optional LSD diff. will this pt no-slip fit/work in the LSD setup?

umm, a LSD is not a locker. but thanks for the replies. got the info i needed from TTORA.

pt no-slip is a "disconnecting locker". when locked it is a posi, completely locked. its a passive locker (no solenoids, etc). it is completely different than a LSD.

nope. pt no-slip only fits in the open diff carrier. now i'm looking to see which lockers might fit the lsd carrier.

i believe ARB do, if you tell them you have an existing LSD diff.
