For IAC, I know there are separate threads in other camry sub-forums here (maybe 3rd gen?). Having done in honda and toyota now just never had to look them up again. You can just take a look and then do more than one of these at the same time.

When I do the IAC or TB, I just clean the MAF and leave it to dry while working on the others...

There is no IAC on Gen 5+ Camry models.

For the TB cleaning, follow the I4 DIY listed above and just account for the different in intake tube design (there is no spring clamp, rather it uses a 10mm bolt). The cleaning is identical otherwise.
