Do you have 8.5" width wheels on your Camry?

I have 18x8.5 wheels for the rear of my 4.5Camry... according to rimsntires.com, it's not going to fit.

i checked with my bodyshop guy and he said there's very little to work with when i asked him to roll out the wheel well.

anyway, what i want to know is if anyone here put 8.5 width wheels on the rear of their camry's successfully and without any suspension problems...

Running 8.5" wheels will be a tight fit. Depending on the offset, you'll have to either roll the fender to keep the wheels from rubbing the fender or add spacers to keep the wheel from rubbing the strut. I ran 8.5" wide wheels on all 4 corners while lowered on H&R's+Tokicos with no problems. I had VERY minimal clearance though. I don't remember the offset.
lol i'm running 17x8 45mm offset on my cam lowered 2inches all around and no issues.

What tires on that????
I was on 235's with a 40 sidewall, by the way. IIRC.

did you need to use spacers?

He shouldnt if he was running 215/45/17s or 215/40/17s

I know with 225/45/17s +7.5 wide wheel on a 45mm offset and 25mm spacers w/ a 2inch drop I was rubbing like a bastard...I have to get like a 15mm spacer and I should be fine...No spacers needed if you run 215s and lower though.
