Did you ever get you problem fixed? I have toyota Matrix 2009 - XR that the door ajar stays on therefore the dome light when I turn the vehicle off. As a result the BCM stays on and drains my battery over time. I have checked every single ajar switches and they are all good. any suggestion. My keyfeb does not lock the door but just opens them up.

Best to make your own thread on this. If it is saying the door is open, then it is more likely the switch is not working or not getting pressed. How did you check them?
