I have a low profile Husky toolbox on my 07 taco and liked it at first but now it's too small for what I carry in it... One of the boxes that I use for work is too tall and the box won't shut. I thought about getting a Toyota box because it looks taller but they're expensive as crap... I also thought about getting a chest to sit in the bed but really don't want to drill holes into the bed. ANyone have any ideas? Thanks

Would you consider a locking Tonneau cover? That would make you entire bed a tool box.:thumbup:

Sorry to change it up a little bit, does this work with a tonno cover over top? Any pictures?

A locking tonno paired with the toyota divider would allow for a customized size inside to store things.

I dunno... would the cover help with the wind blowing the truck around on the interstate? I don't really like the look of them though and would prefer a toolbox i think. Pics?

Cam Locker makes a toolbox that is a low profile but it goes almost to the bottom of the bed. I bought it because you can put suitcases in it when you are traveling so they are locked up and out of the rain.

I just set a chest in the back of mine... had one laying around work we wernt using. you can get one of those bed braces to hold it in place. it works well if you have some kind of mat to set it on
