Door Handle

The driver side outside door handle is broken,
is this a good part?

I replaced the passenger one, but my brother payed, 100 bucks at the stealership, bouch of scam artist.
Is there a site a that sells OEM parts?
I know GM has GMpartsdirect.com
Does toyota have one too?

Also on the dash, there is SRS sign on near by the temp.
Is there way to fix it?
