2004 Solara hardtop. The door handles were frozen this morning (22 degrees no rain/snow) Previously sprayed with WD40. Is there another chemical that would work better?

Orignal WD40 is s solvent! Might want to try their lubricant instead, check if they are recommend for low temp use as well!
