I'm trying to replace downstream o2 sensor. Ran into problem I can't access plug and there is no panel. Do I have to remove rear seat?

How I have proceeded on Toyotas in the past:

Get under the car. Find the rear oxygen sensor. Trace the wires (probably going towards the front of the car, and probably in plastic or rubber sheathing) until you find an aperture sealed with a rubber donut-seal yada, where the four wires penetrate the car body. Check which seat the aperture seems to line up with. From the service manual drawing below, I think the connector may be under the front driver's seat, partly or fully under the carpet. Toyota carpet typically has a factory-made hole in it to access the sensor connector. You should not have to remove the seat to find the hole in the carpet and feel the connector. Unplugging the connector the first time might be a lot easier with the seat removed.

Come one-- loads of detailed, Grade-A tips and that's it, "got it"? Help the next wrench-turner who'll face the same trouble-- where was your plug or access panel after all? How did you access it? Did you remove the seat? What tool(s) did you use? Thanks for coming back in and finishing this Thread w/ enough details to make life easier for all of us.

Video clearly shows where the location of the connector plug is located, there is no access panel only a slit in the carpet which in my opinion was to small and with the drivers seat in place to hard to access. So I did unbolt the seat and tilted the seat back to the rear to have more room, still needed to open up the slit more to actually get the connector unplugged.
