440. I put a voltmeter on the sensor output; a convenient point was under the glovebox on one of the engine controller pins. It showed a pretty fast drop during the vacuum test. IIRC, about 10 seconds. I suppose that is a function of how much fuel is in the system too.

Yes, as well as pressure in the tank, possibly even the stress of the tank installed.

I have seen published documents that explain what the drive cycle is that must be done to reset the codes. It involves a certain number of starts, accelerations, stops, etc. See if you can find that, and complete the drive cycle.
I checked your history with advance search for "drive cycle" and Mark888; no post exist.

I don't think he was referring to his own post this time, but rather other docs he has seen. For this specific year model (it changes), see my earlier post in this thread for the near quote from Toyota on how to make this one work.
