I had a 2002 Tacoma come in for a vibration while driving . The drive shaft carrier Bering was wiped out . I replaced the part ran it on the lift with no vibration . I pulled out of the shop made it thirty feet and it started vibrating worse than before . thinking it was a defective part I replaced it again with no change at all fine on the lift ,no good with tires on the ground. Any suggestions.

Did you mark the shaft where you took it apart to replace the CB and put it back in the exact same marks? If not, the whole assembly will need balancing. Probably would not hurt to take it out and have it done anyway. Does not cost that much.

The only difference between testing DS on the lift and on the ground is that suspension is loaded with vehicle weight.
That points towards vibration being power train suspension/suspension or tires under load related.
