Driver door not unlocking

So my 09 xrs with less than 50k on it the driver door doesn't always unlock if I unlock with the keyfob. I have to put the key in and unlock it. It also doesn't always unlock or lock when I put it in gear or press the button. Not sure if it's electrical or the regulator is bad. Anyone help me out
