Drivers seat creaks on 98 Camry

The back of my drivers seat creaks when I lean my back into it while driving, turning, etc. Hard to tell from where but I suspect right side hinge in reclining mechanism. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, what produces the squeek/creak? Would lithium grease spray on the hinge help?
