Drivers side window is stuck in the up position. Was working fine that just wouldn't go down one day. Absolutely nothing happens when pressing switch up or down (like motor is not even getting power). Window had been working totally fine before this issue (not running slow, not binding, etc). The 30A Fuse (#13) is good. Before I tear the door apart, I figured I'd ask if anyone else ran into this. Also, I do see there is a power window relay listed on the auto parts supply sites, however, I cannot find where the relay is (it's not in the box in the engine compartment or in the inside fuse box on the drivers side. Anyone have a clue where the window relay is (or if it even exists). I've tried the window reset procedure (i.e. holding the button down for 4 seconds and then up for 4 seconds)... but absolutely nothing happens... no noise, no nothing. Any insight would be most appreciated.
PS... all the other windows work fine.

Window regulator is dead. Buy one off eBay for around $50 or less, YouTube how to fix it on this car or the prior generation as it's pretty much the same. Takes about an hour for the average home mechanic. They just 'die' with no warning, typical.

I did find some regulator/motor assemblies on ebay. It's confusing because the regulator seems to be the mechanical mechanism and the motor is the motor... I did test out the master switch and it tests OK.

However, when replacing... If the window is totally dead and stuck in the fully up position, how do you get at the bolts to disconnect the regulator? Once the door panel is opened up, can you manually turn the motor to lower the window to be able to get a the bolts to disconnect the glass? All of the videos show you lowering the window with the motor.

Regards,
Steve

Update. I got lucky. Just a fuse. There are 4 door fuses labeled 1 - 4. What I didn’t realize is that it’s not 1 fuse per door. If door #2 fuse is bad, then all but the drivers door will work.
