Ok, 94 Corolla 1.8 DX 4 SP auto transmission starting acting up. While driving, the speedometer would drop to 0 and it feels like the trans is shifting into neutral. The problem appears to be intermittent... Wouldn't hardly move yesterday, and today I drove it roughly 5 miles with no problems.. I used the paper clip and the CEL flashed continuously, so no code there. However the OD OFF light flashed 4 codes.. DTC 42, 62, 63, & 64? Can anyone provide details on these codes? FYI.. I changed out the gage cluster roughly a week ago due to the fact that the speedometer would jump up to 60MPH and stay... The change out appeared to fix that problem, but now this... Can anyone help? Please...
Thanks

Thanks for the reply.... Is it possible to change the shift soleniod without a major teardown? I assume it's accessible through the pan? Also, can the VSS affect the shifting, or does it just send the signal to the cluster?
Sorry for all the questions, just trying to save a little hard earned cash.... I really appreciate the help...
Thanks
