does anyone know if the camry (97-99) in Australia comes with an EGR system? and is the TRD supercharger for 1mzfe available there?

I am 99% sure they have EGR valves in Australia. If that's what you would like to know there are easy steps to remove them. If you make a search you'll find lots of threads about this topic. Sorry I can't help you with superchargers... Good luck !

but the problem is: I have 1MZFE and I want to get it supercharged but the supercharger offered by TRD USA is for the engines with EGR systems and my one doesn't have an EGR system.

Any ideas?
