I have some sprints that just came off the 94 Coupe....
Pre-sagged for ya!! I let em go real cheap, but their in an H&R box!!....

I know that the Eibach # 8249.140 works on late 96 models Pro-Kit Lowering Springs Nov. 1996-2001 Camry (1.2")
2002-03 Camry 4-cyl (F 1.4", R 1.1") and V6 (F 2", R 1.2")
I think the box is only missing a cut-off wheel... Everything looks fine,
You should dig deeper in the box and you should find it... Attach the cut-off wheel onto a drill, and cut the springs on sections which are marked. Then you will get the desired ride height.
