Backstory (but maybe not pertinnent): I recently had an issue with rough running/idle. Got check engine light and codes of the P0300 variety (306 consistently). After checking this forum, I changed my plug wires and voila, the engine is running smoother than ever. Now, however, I find that my radio, clock and interior lights are not working. I have checked every fuse both visually and with an ohm meter. All good. Can't find any loose connections or dangling wires. What should I be looking at next?

Seems like you have forgotten the most important thing for an electrical circuit!
Is the fuse getting power? The fuse can be good but if there is no juice going to it, it is still no good.
This is where a test light comes in handy; check for power at the fuse then at the radio. If you have power at the fuse but not the radio, trace the circuit to find where there maybe an open.
Since you had wires pulled out from your OBDII connector, you may have similar situation with you radio circuit.

Thanks for the second time NEO! You put me on the right track. There was no power at the radio fuse. I consulted the FSM and learned that the Dome fuse is in the box under the hood. It was blown. Everything works now.
