is it illegal to have emblem on your car say like a lexus emblem on a toyota? can you get into any kind of trouble by doing so?

Lots of them put on Vtec badges and stuff. Theres a new concept i guess, Its cross breeding. Some Hondas are taking toyota (TRD) and puting it all over their car. And some toyotas are putting Honda(vtec) all over their car....

Its pretty dumb.

It's not "fucking ugly"

It looks very clean and the owner seems to have spent alot of time & $$ on the car.
but the lexus logo makes it look silly......espeically when its upside down

hey... i just thought of an idea. Say you put a Lexus es300 emblems on your gen3 camry right or whatever gen. But say a cop gave you a parking ticket. Assume that the cop didn't use the VIN number to get the info and they just used there eyes. You think you can get out of a parking ticket because he has an error on the make and model of the car?

But this is assuming the cop is a airhead and he doesn't know what a camry.

i doubt its illegal. Ive seen the honda "h" on cavaliers. Cars with other company logos seems a bit sill yto me. but some cops are dumb so you might be able to get off.

i like that "Lexus Camry" i feel thats decent and nicely done. Better then the dumbass with civic's and a upside down Acura "A" emblem. believe it or not i knew 3 guys who put it upside down thinking it was the correct way. But you wouldn't really notice it because they added 1000hp to their little b16 engines from all the stickers they added.
