I have an 04 Tacoma 4x2 2.4l. Got the codes pulled cyl 3 & 4 misfire. Put new plugs in it ran great for 2 days. Started to misfire again. Pulled codes cyl 3 misfire. The truck has 190,000 mls. This is an emegency responce vehicle. I have to get it back up and running as soon as possible a quick responce would be greatly appriciated.

what do the plugs look like?

also could be wires and a compression test would be good.

It's got brand new plugs. I switched the #3 coil with #1. Cleared codes, drove it, threw a code, checked it, #1 misfire. So it followed it. Looks like the coil.
