exhaust leak fix

my brand new used echo makes a weird buzz... i think it's an exhaust leak. I looked around but i can't see any holes in the exhaust pipes, so i think it may be from the exhaust manifold. How dificult is this to fix as a diy? Is this a common issue? the car is a 2000 and has 60k miles. tia.
