I have a broken exhaust manifold bolt to head broken, Any tips on extracting the old broken studs, they stick out and are not flush with cylinder head.
I plan on removing the exhaust manifold, to get more room to extract the broken stud?
Would Map gas get hot enough to remove the fasteners at home, I do have access to acetylene oxygen torch at work, but prefer to do them at home.
Any part number that could work for replacing the broken studs?
Does Dorman 03105 fit to the cylinder head or are they for exhaust flange( 3) pipe?

Would Dorman 03400B fit?
I have few from (Dorman 03400B) left over from 1988 corolla I used to own, could they work?

Oxy acetylene is the only thing to get hot enough. If you did the job at work you could have saved the headache. Exhaust fasteners always rust together badly.

If you can get the manifold off and can grip whats left of the stud, a little heat and you should get it out easily.

One way to remove a broken stud ... if you have access to an arc welder of some sort ... is to weld a bolt of similar diameter to the broken stud end. Typically, weld metal is stronger and tougher than the base metal, so an inspection grade weld between the two is not necessary. Don't forget plenty of lubricant. ... I have rented a 120 V stick welder on occasion ... not too expensive.
