I'm looking at putting a Flowmaster 40 series muffler on my 2009 V6 Access Cab. And I had a couple questions.

I'm doing dual-out so the output is not an issue.

However,

1. Is the input center or output?

2. What size is the exhaust pipe going into the muffler?

I appreciatte any help.

First off search. This topic has been beaten to death.
You can get a center in dual out.
The piping is a hair under 2.5" so your muffler should be a 2.5" because that is the easiest to work with. BTW, I just put on this muffler and turned it down behind the axel and it is sweet and really loud @ WOT w/ my intake.
