Thanks for the comp. ^^

Yeah I got the double layer, just because it is usually always sunny here, so I wanted it to look more solid. The first (base) layer was real easy. The 2nd layer was a little more tricky. It wanted to stick real quick to the base layer, so it required a little more soapy water than the first layer did.

I'm not digging those.

Dunno about you, but my photos generally come out better on cloudy or overcast days because the light is softer. Take the car out of the shade or move the car so that the part(s) you want to photograph are in the shade so the light on the car is more balanced. It's difficult to get good photos when you have large dark and light regions.

Oh, and who are you with? I noticed the DoD sticker.

You aren't digging the lids or the pics? LoL. I will try to take better ones tomorrow. I also was using my cell phone too, so I will bust out the Digi- cam.

As for the DoD sticker, I'm in USCG.

I think they would look better with a few additions, like:

-SE grille
-Rims & Tires
-Lowering springs

I am just trying to look at the bigger picture when I see them installed...
Are you also thinking about getting a body or lip kit? Although I'm not a fan of eyelids altogether, I personally like how they look on the SE models.

I am definitely planning on the body kit. Im not made of moolah though, so I have to get mod at a time. The body kid will probably be next to last on my list. The SE grille, rims + tires, then a system....then the kit.

I know I shouldve gone with the SE to begin with, but it was about 3k more than I could afford at the time. Now that I can afford the 3k, I'd rather do it all myself.

It's more fun. The more time and effort you put in to something, the more pleased you will become with the results.

x2 that's for sure. I didn't get the SE at the time of purchase because I always thought it only came in v6 lol.

I almost went with that set at first...but then I pictured my car with an SE grille, and dropped on springs.

So I went with the aggreso's.

I like yours too, they look sleeeek.

How hard/easy is it to install? Is it as simple as peeling a sticker? I've got a met. grey too and am thinking of going that route. You've inspired me ebumdude!
LoL...well, I know my ride isn't the best yet..(watch out lammy, netforcer, epsilon) j/k

They are pretty easy. I messed up my first batch because it was hella windy outside.

Just make sure you have a good soapy solution, patience, and a credit card to smooth out the air bubbles.

BTW, on another note MC, how's them steering wheel controls coming?

Define soapy solution please. As for the steering wheel controls. I haven't got the chance to do them. I will update you when I have them installed
