Fiberglass hood

I got a free fiberglass hood a while back and I've finally decided to put it on. It uses 2 hood pins up front and I've never used them before. How would I install this? Also, what would be a good paint to use on it?

You need to install pins on the rad support (area) that will line up with the hood.
