I recently had my check engine light show itself on my 2002 camry 3.0L v6. I went out to have the code checked, turned out to be code PO446, and I've had it sorted out by now. The only issue that I now face is that, since the guy used the code reader to check what was wrong, my vehicle stability control and traction control light are on after I shift into drive. Neither one will turn off regardless of how far I drive, even after I press the traction control button, nothing happens to that light.

Anyone know what I can try out to fix this?

just the act of putting a code reader on it shouldn't cause problems. might start looking for any wires that are unplugged. also it seems a bad gas cap can cause these 2 lights to come on just doing a google search.
