They look like either mugen GPs or, more likely, replicas. I know a few companys make copys but I haven't seen any in white. They may be painted with that stripe added as well.

Looks like something Volk would make too, either way they look expensive haha. Nice looking though. Just a little advice, if you're looking for rims, I wouldn't go any bigger than 16's, and you'll need a 4x100 bolt pattern wheel, hopefully not wider than 7in, and offset not higher than +35. You could technically get bigger wheels, but that seems to be the best fit for 15in, 16in rims.
And tire sizes being 185/60/14, or 195/50/15, or 205/40/16. Hope that helps.

Oh c'mon, what's everyone got against 17's? They fit mint as. I used 5mm spacers on the rear for mine... But those rims look sick, I like. Look like 18's to me, drool. 18's on a 90 series would be jizz-worthy

I agree to the 16" max. Anything larger, it starts to look disporportional, to me it always looks like a kid's toy once the wheels become too large. 17s work on some cars, but the car has to be larger or shaped a little differently for them to look right. I have 17s on my celica but back when I owned my corolla I wouldn't dare put anything on larger than 16"
