Flasher, you mean turn signal? As with most normal cars, it has 4 of them - front/right, front/left (both fronts are mounted at the corners of the headlights), rear/right, and rear/left (both are mounted at the edges of the vertical part of the back of the trunk).

Yes i'm talking about the flasher (relay), I've been having problems with my hazards not coming on lately, and when I try to use them, I have to replace a fuse because everytime I press on the hazards lights button, the fuse burns out.

Since there is only one flasher for the two, if the directionals are working properly, yet the hazards are not, you might wish to check the hazard switch itself or the associated wiring for a short to ground. That being said, it is most likely the flasher itself causing the problem.
