Floor Pans for AE86

Hey guys, I have an '84 AE86 and the floor has a couple "soft spots" and so are parts of the sub frame. Now this car has lived its entire life in Canada but it has never been winter driven, unfortunately it has never been rust proofed either.

This past October, the floor finally let go where the gas tank straps attach to. I've talked to a dealership, around here and they can get me some parts but they're outrageously expensive, for example the rear valance is $271.30 CAN.

So if anyone can give me some contacts as to where I can get some replacement pannels, that would be great.
