Fog Lamps

I have an '06 Tacoma PreRunner Extended Cab that is bone stock. No frills and no thrills. Of course it came without fog lamps. It has couple of black plastic cups in the holes where the lamps go. Do you think Fog Lamps would be a worth while additon to my truck? If so can you tell me where to get 'em and will I need to be an electrical engineer to get 'em installed properly.

Sorry if this has already been addressed. I did a search and could not find anything specific to my question.
