How can you have angel eyes when you have flip up lights?

THEY ARE DIAMOND CUT ANGEL EYES, EXTRA SHARP AND BRIGHT (NO MATTER WHAT WATTAGE BULB)
FLIP UP HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM

they make make angly eyes for that i want to buy
I always thought angel eyes were the glowing rings around headlights on beemers etc.
they make them for a ae86. they are the glowing rings.

I got angel eyes on my car.. they're just diamond cut headlights.
