So if I had the frame replacement completed last year in October can I take it to the dealership and have the frame undercoating done as well? I already have some rust showing up on the new piece.

Your post is absolutely shocking to me, but my research indicates that the deadline for a free undercoat is Oct 31 2010.

After my experience with the Toyota help line, I'd skip them and go straight to the dealership. Since they get paid to do it, there's bound to be some bookkeeping entry they can make to do your undercoating and get themselves paid. Their motivation is surely to your advantage.

I'd let them sort the details and earn that money! New frame and free undercoating - sweet!

Whats shocking is the rusting new frame? Are they going to give a 15 yr warranty on the replacement frames?
