So yeah me, Drew (Rdizzle), and Lenny (Venom_5) have our own ideas of the pro and cons of all three.

But i was wondering you guy's opinions on which would be the most efficient and useful. Me, I would like to have a side mount cause it would be more of a sleeper which is the look im going for.

So what are your idea's and opinion's guys??

Top Mount is retarded - its the first thing you want to remove on a WRX/STi and such the like

Front Mount is best, but Side Mount is okay too

SMIC's can work fairly well if you can get good airflow to them. HOWEVER.. FMIC will always be the most efficient, although most exposed to elements such as bugs, leaves, rocks, etc. Might be good to put a mesh screen in front of one and paint it with radiator paint? Make sure whatever black paint you use has high thermal conductivity.

I haven't actually looked at the Camry for SMIC or FMIC room.... Hmmm.... New project to go stare at! lol

Top mount offers a few advantages.....first of all, you car will still run in a minor front end accident, and second of all it's far less likely to be damaged by road debris. But it is hardly stealth, as it would require cutting a whole in the hood.

If you're going to get a side mount, unless it's free or you just have a small one laying around, you might as well get a full front mount. PAINT it BLACK for sure if you want the sleeper look.

side mount??, ive never even seen that. but bassed on my limited knowledge of turbos systems, id say front mount too. it would just cool better, wouldnt it. id rather have more power and cooler charge then a sleeper.

and a camry, no matter what you have done to it, is a sleeper...its a camry! but super sleeper is sweet.

well since i have a set goal, i can work to get that goal and a bit more for future. But i don't need the MOST efficient everything to get to that power level. And trust me, i have enough to meet that goal.....
