with a spring compressor, is the only way, you can buy a set and do it your self but it can be dangerous if not carefull. If you don't want to buy the tool I think autozone will rent the tool to you. follow the directions.
Make sure you disconnect one side of the sway bar. Makes it a lot easier. Buy or rent a spring compressor. Take the 3 nuts off the top where they bolt on. And then the bolt from the bottom. Compress the spring untill the shock is loose. Don't take the center nut off untill you compress the springs. Be carefull.
