I bought this truck in 2005 and replaced the original 22-RE gas engine with a Toyota 2L-T turbo diesel.
Loaded: power windows, power locks, power steering, sunroof, custom stereo /w subwoofer
Truck starts, runs and drives perfectly, A/C blows cold.
Previous owner repainted original red about 10 years ago, still looks good.
2-inch body lift, current wheels are from an early-90s Toyota T100 truck, but you could fit much larger wheels/tires for offroad
Owned in California since new, no rust anywhere. Plastic bed liner included.
California title and registration updated with DMV to show diesel engine -- truck is exempt from smog tests just like any other diesel

Extensive maintenance done at time of conversion, including:
- new timing belt, idler and tensioner
- new oil seals
- new water pump
- new clutch, resurfaced fly wheel
- new exhaust and muffler
- new front shocks

Just bought a 2009 VW Jetta SportWagen TDI due to growing family, so this truck needs to go.
