Have struts and wheels for sale--PM with questions
For sale I have a 92 Lexus SC 300 (Supra Twin Turbo chassis) 5 spd m/t w/178K. Runs perfect, looks and handles great, has been well taken care of and always been in the garage.
May consider 95-96 Camry COUPE l4 in as partial trade. I'll give details including mods and extras goodies.
1992 Garnet Red Lexus SC 300 5spd w/manual trans. These cars are built on the Supra Twin Turbo chassis and has the same engine minus the turbos.
Without the turbos this motor is bullet proof and may just run forever! Car has 178K and runs, drives, handles & looks great.
Has gray leather interior and every available option. Get between 22-24 mpg and is constantly driven on freeway w/cruise on-that's why the high mileage.
Haven't had to do a lot to the car but did a few things anyway. I only hand wash the car and will try and drive one of my other cars if the weather looks bad.
Here's the list of what I know has been done.
Original owner (I have phone#) bought new in Louisville KY and before trading in had;
1) complete OEM repaint
2) complete new HVAC system
3) new radiator
4) new water pump
He loved the car, sold once to friend and then bought back before trading in for new wife car.I bought from trade in dealer and started work on upgrading.
Had rear main oil leak so I started in on the Lexus and did:
1) New stage 2 clutch, pressure plate & throw out bearing
2) New rear main seal (from Lexus)
3) Valvoline Syn trans & engine oil
4) New front & rear brake pads
5) OEM style SC 400 rear spoiler
6) Upgraded to SC 400 alloy's with 16" Flaken summer tires
7) Supra Twin Turbo front & rear struts/springs
8) Aligned to Supra TT specs
9) I have "winter" tires - original 15" wheels & Goodyear's along with the original struts
Have several other cars I drive daily and would like to sell to help finance other projects.
Price is $6750 including both winter & summer tires and wheels along with original struts.OR
$6500 and I'll put the original tires/wheels and struts back on.
